Q2: Does the product include a warranty?

A2: All of our product inculdes a two-year warranty from the date of original purchase! 

Q3: Can VeSync sync with other fitness app?

A3: Our VeSync APP could sync with Apple Health and Fitbit now. For other fitness apps like Samsung Health and MyFitnessPal, we are now negotiating with them and will keep VeSync updated once they are available.

Q4: Why the scale can not recognize the food?

A4: The scale itself doesn't automatically recognize food items; it needs to be connected with the Vesync app to provide accurate calorie and nutritional information. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
